INFORMATION ABOUT BECOMING A FLINT RIVER RANCH DISTRIBUTOR
Become a Flint River Ranch Distributor and join thousands of others across the country, including veterinarians and breeders, who are making Flint River Ranch a source of residual income, while at the same time having the satisfaction of supplying pets with the very best products they can get! You can be your own boss, work your own hours and your income depends upon your own individual efforts!
There is little or no competition from discount stores and the customer appreciates and understands the quality products. There is no rent, utility or employee expense. The accounting requirements are minimal, other than keeping track of customers. Products are easy to order and Flint River Ranch handles payments, operational and administrative challenges. The business is easy to understand and has unlimited potential without a large capital investment.
Although Flint River Ranch is a network marketing opportunity, it is very low-key. There are no high pressure motivational tapes to buy, no meetings to attend, no sales kits or aggressive sales pitches. There is no buy-in fee required. This is not a pyramid program.
Distributors are Independent Contractors, who usually begin on a part-time basis selling to their friends, relatives, co-workers and neighbors. There is no investment other than their time and energy. Some choose to go to parks and areas where people walk their dogs to hand out samples and information. Most people and their pets love the products so much that they continue to order on a regular basis - and each time they do the Distributor receives a commission. Each Pet Food Distributor is their own boss and has a ground floor opportunity to build their business. The more you put into it the more you benefit financially, and personal effort can provide a constant, stable and dependable income.
It may take several months for a new Pet Food Distributor to fully gain an understanding of direct marketing. As your sponsor I support and stay in touch with you during this growth period, and am available to help and advise in any way I can. In the future you also will be able to do the same for Distributors that you sponsor. Flint River Ranch is a "product driven" company and has proved to be the right vehicle for a number of motivated individuals who choose many different direct marketing avenues. Those who wish to create residual income gain an understanding of how the business is structured, work within the system, adjust their own ideas of business operations, develop their own marketing tools, and build a solid base for future residual income.
We are all individuals with different energy, commitment and skill levels; therefore projections of income are difficult to make. However, while direct marketing income depends solely upon individual effort, you may find it interesting that some distributors are approaching earnings of $250,000 a year. Others are generating income in the $60,000 to $100,000 range. More earn between $20,000 and $35,000. The average part-time income of all active Distributors varies in the range of $18,000 to $20,500 - with the average income of the more dedicated in the $41,000 to $43,000 range. Many more are excited to earn part-time income between $250 and $6,000. These figures are reflected by Distributors that have been active from 2 to 6 years. Income continues to develop and increase for the distributors who care for their customers, understand their concerns, educate them on all the attributes of Flint River Ranch all-natural foods and pride themselves on their personal growth. Each Associate approaches their business venture in their own way. Some will develop a large customer base earning thousands of dollars per year. Others will be active in recruiting and training new Associates and help them develop a strong downline.
Flint River Ranch is structured to reward the efforts of the individuals who are building the business, a business of sharing information, not in maintaining inventory for sale. For this reason, although they receive many enquries, they do not market through grocery chains and warehouse stores.
FLINT RIVER RANCH OVERVIEW:
1. The creation of a national multi level marketing company - the monies that are traditionally used for advertising and marketing are paid to individuals (distributors) in the form of commissions and bonuses. The Distributors supporting the products are the ones that enjoy the rewards of their efforts.
2. The opportunity is available to everyone and they all start at the same level. There is no enrollment cost. Each has the opportunity to work the business for a period of 6-18 months, depending upon when they enroll, to find out if the business is right for them. There is a minimum annual renewal fee of $35 required by July 1st of the year following the year of their enrollment.
3. Business is generated through the individual efforts of each Distributor, not the Company's efforts. The Company acts only in an administrative and operational capacity. The business is not a "selling" business. It is simply the sharing of product and product information, one-on-one, with other interested pet owners. Those who make this simple marketing concept difficult soon become frustrated.
4. The Company's obligations include:
a) Develop and monitor policies and procedures that are open and fair to everyone. Help resolve disputes between Distributors and customers.
b) Provide product information that can be developed into marketing tools by each Distributor.
c) Provide a constant, high quality product that Distributors can be proud to represent.
d) Operate within a sound fiduciary and conservative fiscal structure with the accounting and payment of commissions and bonuses. Remain debt free and be capitalized for conservative growth.
e) Invest in and maintain fresh, high quality inventory to handle all customer requests.
f) Develop internal systems to handle customer and distributor orders. This includes order receipt, invoicing, records, document retention, packing, and prompt shipping.
g) Constantly work towards improving product quality while reducing the overhead expenses and the costs of materials. Provide a fair value to all customers.
h) Set up distribution and shipping systems to insure product delivery within a reasonable time and in good shape.
i) Handle product guarantees, lost and damaged shipments, and UPS shipping claims in a timely manner.
